Had a light come on in my car this morning after work, thought it was tire pressure but it wasn't,I left the tire store and drove to gene messer VW on university and showed them the light and what is it he checked and said it was a tail light but it turned out to be two got me right in and fixed it , great service and great employees so helpful and respectful even walked me out to my car after it was done Thank you for such great service

I was looking for a mid-sized SUV and the dealership helped me look for things not only on their lot but on partnership lots a well. They arranged to have one from a partnership lot brought over for me and ended purchasing an option on their lot. They did great and were really helpful!

Everyone at Gene Messer VW is so nice. They offer a free shuttle for service and repairs and the driver who took me home was very friendly. I get my oil changed here because I know they’ll always have the oil filter I need for my Passat and it’s cheaper to get it all done here than ordering it from an auto supply and then taking it to a service store. They also give you a coupon for a free car wash with every service.
