Got repairs done on a fairly minor insurance claim (no body work - no painting - just parts replacements) but from drop off (Aug 29) to repaired (Oct 26) took about two months. Nice rep. But nearly all communication (90%?) was because I called them, Supposedly added some parts needed at no cost after ins. claim was settled. No bonus in my book because the repair was the repair under insurance with or without the parts.
