Overall, I had a good experience with the Service Department. Because I'm from out of town, I arrived an hour early, but they were still willing to get my vehicle serviced right away. Also, because I had to wait at the dealership until the service was completed, it took a couple of hours longer than expected for my vehicle to be ready. Melissa needs to reassess her priorities while at work and take ample time-off to make sure they’re aligned with GMV. Not empressed,, the salesman who sold me the car was asked to check the windshield wiper fluid cause the sprayer was not working. In the long run my wife and I were stuck with a bill of over 450.00 to have hose replaced. Which should have been covered by the dealer. Very disappointed.

Gene Messer VW was fantastic! The GM Dan even visited with me to make sure I was Happy!! Everyone from my Rep Donald to Derek in Finance were Awesome!! Very proud of my new VW Atlas and had a great experience...Highly recommend them even if you are in the market for another Make and Model!!

Slow service. Two weeks for an air conditioner repair. They did not keep customer updated.

Ms. Amanda’s customer service is superb! I was there for an oil change but with her assistance, I was able to have all my tires replaced! Not only that I used my promo but was able to get a BIG discount on tires! While waiting, Ms. Amanda updated me from time to time. Keep up the great job, Ms. Amanda.

The worst dealership in town. I bought a used 2021 Ford Explorers with 55991 miles on it. I didn’t drive the car as I needed to learning all features on the car before using it. Good service, Amanda is a very customer oriented service advisor who proactively helps with my service visits. She has also helped me understand some of my Atlas info systems capabilities so I can better use their functions.

I called about a notice I received for a recall regarding the airbags. Andrew ordered the parts and in just a couple of days he received them and they notified me. When I called for an appointment they got my car in that day and had it fixed within an hour. The service was great! Everyone was very friendly.

I took my car here to get some things worked on. About $4,100 worth of repairs. While my car was in the shop and all work was almost complete, I got a text saying there was a "mishap". I called and I was told the mechanic heard a drip and noticed the hose on the heater core was leaking and then all of the sudden snapped the fitting on the heater core requiring the whole thing to be replace for an additional $1,100. The customer service was great. I really appreciate the detailed list of services needed for my car so I could easily understand the work that needed to be done and see pricing at the same time.

We had a big job to be done and we were told it would take 6 hours. We were also given a rental as we lived an hour and a half away, we showed up at 7:45 am but didn’t leave until 5:45. Got repairs done on a fairly minor insurance claim (no body work - no painting - just parts replacements) but from drop off (Aug 29) to repaired (Oct 26) took about two months. Nice rep. But nearly all communication (90%?) was because I called them, Supposedly added some parts needed at no cost after ins. claim was settled. No bonus in my book because the repair was the repair under insurance with or without the parts. We’ve always had great experience with this dealership but the last couple of times notsomuch.
There was a regular maintenance done where the worker left an oily rag in car seat, oil on steering wheel and door.
Once we wanted to buy a tee from service desk and Shawn was not friendly and took forever to check us out and then wouldn’t give us tag price at 27.95 and charged us 29.95.

Amanda took great care of me. I won’t go to anyone else with my car issues.

Drove in to move daughter into school and had some car issues. Told Amanda that we would only be here for one day. She was able to get Technician to see the car right away and was able to fix vehicle within a couple of hours. I’m resting much easier knowing there’s a trustworthy dealership for my daughter to go to if needed since we are over 8 hours away.
